Participating in the CEO Council of Howard County Provides:

  • The support of up to eleven fellow CEOs who are facing similar challenges and can provide valuable insights to a peer as well as hold you accountable for taking the actions that will lead to greater success.
  • A cost effective and time efficient vehicle aimed at generating specific breakthrough results you are most interested in as CEO.
  • Access to best practices that will support your unique needs.
  • Access to state of the art executive coaching by Howard County's most seasoned practitinoers with a track record of success working with small and mid-sized business CEOs like you. 

 

By Becoming a Member You Will:

  • Participate in ten council sessions each year. Four full day and six half-day council sessions with up to 11 other CEOs facilitated by a seasoned CEO coach. The sessions will meet every month with the excepton of August and December
  • Receive Ten 2-hour One-to-One Coaching Sessions on-site at your Location. Each meeting will be based on a pre-determined agenda, the focus of which is to drive your business forward and address your specific needs as well as apply what you took away from the council sessions
  • Gain a personal network of fellow CEOs whom you can call on between council sessions.
  • Have additional access to Your CEO coach by Telephone and Email for on-going Support.  You are provided up to an additional hour per month during a period of 12 months.

We are actively seeking CEOs to join our council.  If you are interested please contact us for an application.  The minimum requirements for joining are:

  • 1 to 25 million in revenues
  • 2 to 30 employees
  • Being a non-competitor of current council members.
