"Vision of results is one component of the structure that is at the heart of leadership.
A second component of this structure follows naturally from the first. Before we can take action on the result we want, we have to be aware of what we have to work with. We must know all we can about our current situation or as I call it our "current reality.'

The Leadership Circle
Developmentally Focused Assessments
Leadership development without deep transformative change is a wasted investment.
Our practitioners focus on helping each leader and/or leadership team to do the deep work necessary to create the impact the most desire. Our clients regularly report the powerful changes in themselves, other senior leaders or their teams after working with us.
This is because we have built our programs on solid success principles and use proven assessments that support the desired outcomes.
The first two steps in the design of any of our programs are:
1. To clarify high value outcomes for our work with you.
2. To assess the current reality faced by a leader and organization given the defined outcomes.
By clarifying both of these we can then design a program that addresses the gap between one and two above.
Pointing to number two above, we have gone to great lengths to locate assessment tools capable of supporting the intense work that we do with our clients. In our mind, the goals of any great assessment tool need to be the tool’s ability to:
- Enhance self-awareness of the leader or leadership team.
- Support the desired outcomes of the leader or team.
- Provide insights on the practical application of the assessment findings.
- Be useful to the leader and/or team over time.
All the assessments we utilize meet these criteria and help you gain new heights of contribution and fulfillment.
